Please be advised, any customers with special needs or that may have difficulty sitting through extended periods of adverts and trailers our normal scheduled shows will have 20 minutes of adverts and trailers. If you require any assitance due to this, please let a member of staff know.

Please be aware that some films may come with a warning for customers that suffer from photosensitive epilepsy.  Please check that a film is suitable before booking.

All screens are accessible to wheelchair users, with Screens One & Two on the ground floor, and Screens Three & Four on the first floor accessible either via the foyer stairs or lift.

All screens have sound enhancement (Infra-Red Systems) for the hard of hearing.

All screens are equipped with Subtitling systems and also Audio Description for the visually impaired.

Box Office & all Concession points are fitted with Hearing Loop systems, Switch your assisted hearing device to the T position.

All screens are equipped with Sub-titling systems and also Audio Description for the visually impaired.

Programme details of both systems are advertised weekly in the films & times section

The Plaza Cinema, Truro

Disabled Access

Screens 1/2/3/4 are accessible to wheelchair users. Access to Screens 1 & 4 is via platform wheelchair lifts. Please note, the lifts have a total maximum lifting capacity of 205kg.

Please note however we can only accommodate one wheelchair per screen per performance.

We politely request that disabled patrons book tickets via our telephone booking line on 01872 272894 during opening hours (16:45-21:00). This will help to ensure that we are fully able to meet your individual requirements.
