WTW Cinemas run a selection of accessible screenings across its four cinemas.

To find out when a screening is available, please use the “Filter film and events” option on the main “Whats On” page and select the type of screening you are looking for.

Wheelchair Accessibility - This screening is accessible for Wheelchair users. Most of our auditoriums have a limited number of Wheelchair spaces so please contact the Box Office before you make your trip.
This screening has Audio Description available via special headsets - Please ask for a headset at the Box Office when you collect your ticket. Alongside the films soundtrack, a narrator describes the action as it is happening on-screen. Not all feature films carry the extra information necessary for Audio Description. The volume level can be adjusted using the dial on the headset.
This screening features Subtitles. The subtitles are projected onto the screen for everyone in the auditorium to see. Not all films feature the option for subtitles. Should there be a film you wish to see subtitled please contact the cinema and we will try and schedule in a screening when possible.
This is an Autism Friendly Screening. The performance will only consist of the main feature (no adverts or trailers), the House Lights will be left on at a lower level and the volume of the film will be reduced. People attending are free to make noise and move around the auditorium.
This is a Parent & Baby Friendly Screening. The House Lights will be left on and the volume of the film will be reduced.

At White River Cinema, St. Austell;

All screens are accessible to wheelchair users via the foyer lift and have designated Wheelchair spaces.

All screens have sound enhancement (Infra-Red Systems) for the hard of hearing. Portable loop systems are available if required.

Box Office & all Concession points are fitted with Hearing Loop systems, Switch your assisted hearing device to the T position.
