To access your membership discounts when booking through the WTW Cinemas website, you will need your membership number and the surname registered to your membership.

Your membership can be used at Lighthouse Cinema in Newquay, White River Cinema in St Austell, The Plaza Cinema in Truro and The Regal Cinema in Wadebridge.

Yes. Parents and guardians can purchase memberships for their children. There is no minimum age for membership.
The membership belongs to the person for whom it was purchased, and membership benefits may only be used by that individual.
When making an eligible booking online, you will need to enter your membership number and the registered surname when prompted.
If you purchased a membership for your child, use the surname registered to their membership rather than automatically using the purchaser's details.
Yes. Once your membership has been activated and you have your membership number, you can use your membership for eligible online bookings.

You can collect your membership card from a participating WTW Cinema during your next visit.

You can receive a membership discount on a maximum of one eligible ticket per performance, for the named member.
No. Your membership lasts for 365 days from the date of purchase and does not renew automatically.
We will contact you before your membership expires with information about renewing.
Most eligible performances offer membership discounts, but some screenings may be excluded.
This can include private-hire screenings or events organised on behalf of an external customer.
Where a private-event ticket discount is unavailable, normal food and drink membership discounts are unaffected.
Contact WTW Cinemas if your membership card is lost, stolen or damaged. A replacement card may be issued for a fee.

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WTW Cinemas Membership Card (“Membership”) and the benefits associated with it. By using your Membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Membership.
1.2 WTW Cinemas reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, wtwcinemas.co.uk/membership.
2.1 Membership is available to individuals of all ages. Memberships for children under 18 must be purchased or authorised by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.
2.2 Membership is personal and non-transferable. Membership benefits may only be used by the individual named on the membership account.
3.1 Your Membership Card is for personal use only. Membership benefits may be accessed in person using your Membership Card, or online using the registered surname and membership number.
3.2 The Membership Card is only valid at the following participating cinemas:
3.3 WTW-Scott Cinema sites are not covered by this membership scheme. Membership benefits are not valid at these locations.
3.4 The Membership Card remains the property of WTW Cinemas and may be revoked or suspended at any time in accordance with these Terms.
4.1 Membership entitles you to certain benefits, which may include discounted tickets, priority booking, exclusive offers, and other promotional benefits. These benefits may vary and are subject to change at the sole discretion of WTW Cinemas.
4.2 The Membership Card entitles you to a maximum of one discounted ticket per performance at participating cinemas listed in Clause 3.2.
4.3 On occasion, WTW Cinemas may play host to screenings held on behalf of a private customer. This may include ticket handling where the customer may choose not to allow a discount for Membership holders. In these instances, no Membership discount on tickets is available. Food & Drink discounts are unaffected.
4.4 Membership benefits are valid only at the participating cinemas listed in Clause 3.2 and may not be redeemable for cash or transferred to third parties.
5.1 Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
5.2 WTW Cinemas reserves the right to change the membership fee at any time. You will be notified of any such change in advance, and any new fees will apply after the next renewal period.
6.1 Membership is valid for a fixed term as stated when you sign up. Membership will not automatically renew.
6.2 Membership is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase.
6.3 We will contact you before your Membership expires to notify you that your Membership is coming to an end and provide instructions on how to renew if you wish to continue your benefits.
6.4 You can manage your Membership, update details, or cancel it at any time via your WTW Cinemas account.
7.1 Membership benefits are subject to availability and may be restricted based on cinema location, screening times, or other factors at WTW Cinemas' discretion.
7.2 The Membership Card may only be used by the individual whose name appears on the account. Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in the suspension or cancellation of your Membership.
8.1 If your Membership Card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must notify WTW Cinemas immediately. A replacement card may be issued for a fee.
9.1 WTW Cinemas may cancel or suspend your Membership at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities.
9.2 You may cancel your Membership at any time, but no refund will be provided for any unused portion of your Membership.
10.1 By signing up for Membership, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data in accordance with WTW Cinemas' Privacy Policy, available on our website.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, WTW Cinemas shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the Membership, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
